We’re working with the leading UCaaS provider in Europe, empowering businesses of all sizes with innovative communication and collaboration solutions. Their commitment to delivering seamless, cutting-edge UCaaS products has driven them to the forefront of the industry, and are now seeking a dynamic Product Manager to spearhead their CCaaS portfolio.

As a Product Manager focusing on their CCaaS portfolio, you will play a vital role in defining and executing the product strategy that drives customer satisfaction and business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to develop and launch high-quality CCaaS offerings that meet the evolving needs of their diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and implement the long-term vision and roadmap for their CCaaS product portfolio. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market opportunities and guide product enhancements.
  • Product Development: Work closely with engineering teams to define product requirements, create user stories, and prioritize features to ensure timely and successful product launches.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to devise effective go-to-market plans, positioning, and pricing strategies for the CCaaS portfolio.
  • Customer Focus: Champion customer needs and feedback throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that our CCaaS solutions deliver outstanding user experiences and address real pain points.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors’ offerings to position their CCaaS portfolio as a leader in the market.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with internal teams to ensure effective communication, alignment, and collaboration on product initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on CCaaS solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen and a solid understanding of Contact Centre technologies and trends.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, development, and go-to-market efforts.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
