Digital Product Manager- Fashion/Retail- London- £425-450.00 per day
As a product Manager you will support the Head of Digital owning, driving and executing their digital strategy and roadmap of initiatives that customers enjoy using to shop, experience and share the brand.
Commercially focused and represent the business and customer needs to identify opportunities to improve and enhance the effectiveness of the products they are responsible for.
Drive operational resolutions whilst defining and delivering a portfolio of initiatives for the on-going development and optimisation of our digital proposition.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Drive and define the Digital roadmap.
- Connect and influence business owners across the business.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of their customers across all digital channels as well as surrounding touch points. Think Omnichannel.
- Identify key customer experience and business benefits, cost savings and revenue enhancements associated with initiatives.
- Understand and manage insight, trends analysis and user research to inform, determine and define customer experiences.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, to give business context and identify product touch points to drive revenue or improve customer experience.
- Connect and influence business owners across the business.
- Be an evangelist of product management within the business.
Technical Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Proven track record of delivering solutions that enhance business KPIs.
- Subject Matter Expertise in enterprise ecommerce products, ideally SAP Hybris and Customer In-store Technologies.
- Ability to define, develop and articulate digital initiative goals, objectives, and scope.
- Proven ability to convey results to senior stakeholders in a way that engages them to what we do and why we do it.
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines, thriving in a fast paced environment.
- A/B testing experience and experience working alongside an optimisation team.
- Demonstrable stakeholder, team and management skills.
- Proven analytical skills and technical understanding.
- Experience of working in a retail environment.
- University degree in business, technical development, design or equivalent (minimum) 5+ years of professional experience.
