Product Manager – Marketplace

London (Hammersmith) – Hybrid (3 days in the office)

£80,000 + bonus

I’m working with a market-leading Wedding Planning Marketplace who are on a mission to become a crucial part of an engaged couple’s wedding planning journey. They’re part of an expanding group of award-winning brands consisting of multiple e-commerce platforms aimed at supporting customers through life’s milestones every step of the way.

They’re now looking for a talented Product Manager to focus on building and improving the multi-sided marketplace platform, identifying opportunities and building features from 0-1 to continuously improve the B2B and B2C customer journeys. This person will have a proven background in commercial growth and be able to own the product development ensuring both suppliers and couples have the best service on the platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end to end website Product initiatives from research and discovery through to post-launch validation and ongoing optimisation.
• Reporting into the CPO, you’ll work closely with her to develop and deliver the roadmap aligning it with the business goals.
• Continuously identify B2B and B2C user pain points to drive growth and increase customer acquisition.
• Work with the content and commercial teams to help take the website into a new era, competing with challenger brands on functionality and offering.
• Manage business stakeholders, including the CCO and CEO.
• Be the go-to expert for your product.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in Product Management roles.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance commercial outcomes whilst delivering great customer journeys.
• Exceptional web analytics and data-driven mindset.
• Experience in a fast-growing start-up or scale-up environments would be beneficial.
• Excellent communicator and experience within cross-functional team.
