Salesforce Product Owner

Salt are working on a retained basis with one of the UK’s latest travel scale-ups in supporting them in the search for an experienced Salesforce Product Owner to implement and own the strategic vision of their new Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Service Cloud Voice experiences.

Founded in 2020, the business continued to grow during the pandemic, trebling headcount and profits year on year that now see’s the business serving 3 million customers, generating revenue of £100million per year with a team that has grown to 270 people to date.

The company is backed by one of the UK’s leading airlines, operating completely away from the business meaning strong foundational investment with the opportunity to work in a fast paced, scale-up environment.

As the Salesforce Product owner, you’ll be owning everything to do with the customer and operations segment across Salesforce. Collaborating with Product Owners across the business and working with a network of stakeholders across customer and operations to oversee the entire development process. You’ll communicate the strategic direction of Salesforce across the business whilst identifying opportunities to improve and scale the service, ensuring commercial viability and enhancing the overarching customer experience across the brand.

Here are a few key requirements for the role:

• A strong functional knowledge of the Salesforce platform.
• The ability to deliver, execute and strategize and a fast paced agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions in fast moving consumer goods businesses with large customer bases.
• Previous experience within the travel industry.
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

This position is hybrid with 2 days a week in their Office located just outside of London. There is up to a 20% bonus and some excellent benefits including discounted flights, holidays and travel services.
