Senior Business Analyst / Product Manager

Looking for a senior Business Analyst within the digital space who will be the key link between the delivery teams and the clients ensuring that all goals are clearly defined and understood.

Responsibilities

· Contribute to the development, documentation and understanding of the project scope, objectives and technical feasibility involving all relevant stakeholders

· Collaborate with internal teams to solution, develop and implement digital projects

· Define and documenting the clients business functions and processes while keeping an eye out for any process important opportunities

· Identify and report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team

· Stay on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

· Requirements definition or clarification and writing/updating agile stories

· Support with backlog grooming and prioritization

· Participates in test case definition and user acceptance testing

· Participates in and may lead the scoping process for deliverables and new in-plan initiatives.

· Supports and may contribute to communication and change management activities

Requirements

· Agile experience

· Working knowledge of Jira/confluence or something similar

· Familiar with AEM is a huge plus

· Ability to interact across a range of stakeholders, from business executives to technology resources, managers, SMEs and vendors
