We are looking for an ambitious Product Manager to join our client during its scale-up (one of the most visited websites in the UK after Amazon). This company has been around for some time and is one of the leaders in its industry but since Covid has decided to take it one step further and fast-track their digital transformation!

They are offering one of the first end to end digital platform within this industry. Made up of a suite of tools for trade that connect to create efficiencies and digitise workflows. They’re bringing true digital transformation to this global industry benefiting both businesses and consumers.

What you will do:

Take a lead on eCommerce, you will leading the product development team to execute against their strategy and deliver the right commercial outcomes and customer benefits.

As a Sr. Product Owner you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to working directly with their product design team and engineers to implement new features & iterate upon feedback. You will use your start-up mind-set and your full range of product development skills to produce elegantly simple features that align to both business & product outcomes.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Determine opportunities to drive innovation into the current product portfolio and add product features that add value to customers.
• Be the voice of the customer; ensuring that new products and commercially led programmes have the customer at the heart of them.
• Define product vision, goals and roadmaps.
• Passionately push forward the momentum of the product to innovate and expand the capability of the solution.
• Drive the best user experience through their digital platforms, to ensure an efficient and frictionless experience.
• Work closely with team and Technical lead to quarterly planning and coordinate across dependent products working to agreed outcomes/OKR’s
• Roll up your sleeves overseeing the development stages including planning, refinement and reviews. This includes evaluating product instances at each iteration.
• Encourage a Build Measure Learn mind-set, creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team
