Salt are working one of the UK’s leading utilities companies, providing green energy solutions to millions of customer across the UK.

As they continue to develop their Net Zero services, they are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager or Product Lead to launch a 0-1 product transforming one of their most consumed services, navigating a complex set of stakeholders and delivering a first in class solution for online and offline experiences.

More specifically, the Senior Product Manager will leverage the vast amount of data available to create a set of API’s and integrations that will improve operational efficiency. You’ll lead a cross functional team tasked at delivering this set of products from scratch, working with a host of stakeholders across the business to ensure these products are solving the right problems for their customers.

You’ll work as part of an established Product Org, supported by their Head of Product with a huge amount of opportunity for impact. Whilst this role is initially an FTC, there may be the opportunity to move into a permanent position following the term.

Here are a few skills areas they are looking for:

• 6+ years Product Management experience with tangible examples of delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong experience building API and integration focused products.
• Experience shipping products with a focus on fulfilment, be it logistics, ecommerce etc.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex matrix structures and manage trade-offs.

The role is hybrid from either London or Bristol, with 2 or 3 days per week in the office.
