We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to drive our digital transformation journey. As a key member of our client’s Digital team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions and streamlining our processes.
About the Role:
- Agile Leadership: Lead and guide our Agile teams, ensuring efficient project delivery and adherence to Agile methodologies.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with third-party consultants and technology providers to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively communicate progress and outcomes.
- Change Management: Support the implementation of new digital processes and technologies.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Manage third-party relationships and costs.
- Team Support: Assist teams in maintaining up-to-date Jira boards and address issues as they arise.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in Wealth Management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A passion for driving innovation and digital transformation
