VP of Product (Remote)

Salt is collaborating with an independent, experimental and fully remote B2C start-up. Their mobile offering provides users with a space to build meaningful relationships within an inclusive, human-centred product.

With a growing user base and stiff competition, they’re taking their product to the next level and hiring for a VP of Product to join their diverse and distributed team.

The VP of Product will partner with the CEO to define product strategy, launch new features, improve product culture/thinking/collaboration and lead a small but experienced product team. (2x PMs & 1 Researcher).

What you need

• Demonstrable experience managing and growing product teams within a fast-paced and scaling org.
• A deep and holistic understanding of lean product discovery, user research, experimentation and various product/agile/lean frameworks.
• The ability to establish good practice for product development and customer-centricity.
• Prioritise feature and product development to align with wider company goals.
• Conduct usability tests and customer interviews communicate with key stakeholders
• Experience taking an MVP through to delivery. An understanding of complex systems and excellent data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and delegation skills.
• The desire to build awesome products!
