Business/Technology/Data Change Project Manager

The Successful candidate will have expert knowledge of project management and developing and articulating the business capabilities and outcomes required to enable technology investments and transformations. The PMBCT will work with all others as necessary within the project including the Business Analysts and other stakeholders to establish an optimal solution which meets requirements, adheres to technical strategy/constraints and considers total cost of ownership.

Key stages of the project will be to

• Analyse currect AS -IS of operating model
• Develop a TO _BE of operating model
• Develop plan of transformation
• Manage implementation of TO -BE operating model

For this the successful candidate must have experience in

• Proven experience of personal responsibility for successfully managing technology and data projects up to a value of £10M in a large, complex and regulated organisation with multiple interfaces and delivering to time, budget and quality
• Managing multiple stakeholders and audience at all levels.
• Using formal analysis / architecture frameworks, processes and standards (eg. BIZBOK, TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma).
• Proven ability to develop Business Architecture models including, but not limited to, Business Modelling, Business Capability Mapping and Value Stream Modelling, Target Operating Models and Business Motivational Modelling
• Proven ability to manage and influence senior and external stakeholders in a delivery capacity.
• experience in technical/architecture domains (data, technology and/or applications) as well as Business Architecture
• Experience in large scale transportation projects
