Project Management responsibilities

• Oversee that activities in place to adequately prepare the business and engage all the appropriate stakeholders to enable change to be implemented and handed over
• Empower and lead a team through the project lifecycle, setting and monitoring team member objectives and carrying out regular coaching and formal appraisals alongside our management framework
• Take ownership for capability development, and ensure succession plans are in place

Key Skills

• Project and/or programme management in a financial technology space working on merchant acquiring, digital, data, CRM, digital marketing technology and/or risk technology delivery.
• Strong ability to use Agile methodology and associated toolsets.
• Experienced in working one or more multi-vendor engagement projects or programmes across the full life cycle of project or product delivery, along with an in-depth understanding of different phases of project/product delivery and the ability to plan, run and deliver business & technology change/products end to end involving multiple suppliers.
• Senior level stakeholder management and team management experience,
