eCommerce Project Manager

Our client works with some of the largest names in the retail industry, helping them plan, implement and maintain eCommerce systems, maximizing their business performance and helping them to develop multichannel retail experiences that customers love.

We’re looking for a PM that has strong experience delivering digital projects, specifically for eCommerce, any Shopify or retail experience would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and manage changes to scope, schedule and cost
• Align project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility and coordinate budget estimates
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of projects
• Support the Solution Consultant in managing customer expectations for project deliverables
• Manage the relationship with the client and project stakeholders
• Ensure project-related administration is completed on time and accurately e.g. timesheets, sign-off, resource planning/booking, expense submissions/approvals, project reports, and training
• Work closely with all functional teams to build strong internal relationships
• Proactively seek opportunities for client account growth to achieve company targets.

Ideal Candidate

• 5 + yrs proven working experience in project management ideally in an agency environment with E-commerce projects from inception to launch
• Experience of Magento or Shopify a plus
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Excellent line management, matrix management and mentoring skills
• Experience using MS Project, Jira and Confluence
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A recognised project management certification such as Certified Scrum Professional, Agile PM, Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
