HR Generalist

Greater London Contract / 6 months £250 - £300 per day + outside IR35 fully remote

You will be joining a group of commercially astute HR professionals who work closely with the wider organisation providing specialised support across the EMEA region. We are currently in the midst of significant transformation so you will be someone that thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment where your positive ‘can do’, flexible approach will be essential. Responsibilities

* Being the 1st point of contact for all HR related queries for employees and managers in EMEA

* Delivering the onboarding sessions to all EMEA new hires within their first week of joining

* Working with the benefits team to ensure a smooth benefits enrolment for all new hires

* Initiating employee change forms and paperwork relating to organisational structure changes, acquisitions, internal transfers, promotions, leavers, salary changes & re-organisation’s and cost centre changes

* Administering transactions within HRIS (Workday) to ensure employee information is up-to-date

* Handling all country specific processes (planned and unplanned leave of absence, payroll administration, manage SharePoint templates updates, Onboarding & Offboarding, Data changes, reference letters)

* Maintaining employee information including employee folders, conducting periodic audits and submitting amendments as required

* Supporting HR Business Partners to ensure the best HR support is provided to their client groups (regular catch ups, support with HR administration tasks.)

* Partnering with the Payroll Team on the monthly payroll submission by providing the HR payroll instructions

* Contributing to the Operations team continuous processes improvement by documenting, reviewing, and streamlining our processes

* Supporting the HRIS team with Workday testing

* Ensuring compliance and supporting the Finance Team with audit requests

* Participating and working on adhoc projects as required

Essential experience candidates without this experience will not be considered or called regarding this position

CIPD level 5 qualified

5 years commercial HR Operations experience

Experience on Workday HRIS
