My Client is urgently seeking an experienced Project Manager to work on a 6 month contract in Prague.Purpose of the Role:Harmonize legacy LAN Segmentation infrastructure (Cisco ASA LAN Firewall and TrendMicro IPS) toward a collapsed platform aligned with Novartis architectural strategy.
Effort includes creation/ update/ decommission of processes/ documentation/ standards, skill ramp up of internal and service provider resources, hardware/ license/ tool acquisition, implementation and service provider onboarding.
Scope of work:
Identify global Secure LAN FW and IPS inventory and provided functionality
Document User Requirement- (URS) and Functional Specification (FSDS)
Develop, submit and evaluate RFP to Cisco, Checkpoint and PaloAlto for platform and maintenance
Confirm architecture standard based on selected technology together with TAD, ISRM and TIS
Develop Architecture Handbook draft
Incorporate outcome of proof of concept (PoC)
Develop HLD/LLD drafts
Develop future Operations Model and tool integration (tool capacity) and prepare contract adjustments
Develop Operations Manual draft
Develop BIA/ Quality Plan
Develop migration/ refresh plan for Secure LAN FW and IPS and tool integration
Develop and get approval for Execution CAR
