Looking for a digital project manager, who has experience taking a well known brand to market through a number of digital platforms. It won’t be as simply as building a website but more so knowing the whole omnichannel side of things front to back with an emphasis for the customer journey and user experience on the front end of course. Especially given the prestige nature of the brand 😊

Scope and requirements of the role

· Responsible for 360 management and delivery of digital projects for the EMEA&LATAM region to ensure on time and high quality delivery of our consumer-facing experiences

· Manages multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

· Creates and maintains project plans to fully account for the delivery and ongoing improvement of the solution

· Tracks progress against plans, deliverables, and expected outcomes

· Identifies and attends to interdependencies between key resources and between significant work efforts

· Identifies and surfaces risks to successful implementation

· Establishes and maintains repository of artifacts, deliverables, and team working space for the EMEA&LATAM region

· Provides ongoing project update reports to internal leadership

· Expansion into new markets through a 3rd party plug-in on SFCC platform

The ideal experience required

· complex Global e-Commerce set-up knowledge for big brands in fashion/retail/

· SFCC technical knowledge big plus

· Must understand the size/complexity of Global expansion projects we are embarking on

· Needs to have understanding of dropship/cross border integrations

· Needs to be able to make recommendations on operating model, truly understanding and listening to all stakeholders
