Service Delivery Manager – £500/day – Inside IR35 – 7 Month Contract – Remote/Occasional Travel to Exeter
I am currently supporting a key Public Sector client looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of the “Transforming Service Management” strategic action, supported by a committed and knowledgeable team of service management professionals and working in partnership with Senior Stakeholders across the organisation.
To ensure the organisation has the required governance frameworks, adaptive cadence, and opportunity for knowledge share to existing employees for effective delivery of a critical multi-year programme of work.
Areas of focus for Service Delivery Manager included but not limited to:
- Service Management Practices (ITIL V4/IT4IT)
- Data Governance/Management.
- CSDM (Common Service Data Model) – ServiceNow.
- Adaptation of ITSM best practice focused on value and solving current business problems.
- Improvement of process across the Critical Service value chain (identification methodology, SLA, OLA, UPC, resource and supplier alignment).
- Implementation of a Service Management Office.
- Background in Project/Programme management desirable (PRINCE2 / Agile / MSP)
- This role will also include working closely with and supporting the development of our Change Management capability.
