Salt is recruiting for an immediate requirement with a local government client of ours who is looking for a Development Technical Lead (Data & Analytics).
This will be an Inside IR35 contract for 9 months initially, with the option to extend. It is a primarily hybrid role with 2 days a week expected in-office, based in South East London.
Role Overview
The Development Technical Lead will provide strategic technical leadership on key data and analytics projects, focusing on optimising performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves guiding the development and integration of back-office solutions within a Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 environment, supporting high-volume, mission-critical transactional systems.
Key Experiences Required:
- Azure Architecture and Development: Extensive experience designing and developing integrated solutions in Microsoft Azure, using Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Development and Design Skills: Expertise in .NET, C#, Java, SQL, and PowerShell, with a strong understanding of TDD, Clean Code principles, and object-oriented design.
- System Integration and Performance Optimisation: Proven background in enhancing and integrating high-volume systems, especially within the Azure environment.
- Collaborative Leadership: Experience working within Agile teams, including sprint planning, story prioritisation, and technical guidance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements and technical design.
