We’re helping a Tech First company on a mission to innovate and disrupt. We’re seeking a visionary Head of Engineering to lead our talented team in North London. This hybrid role offers three days a week in the office, fostering collaboration while also providing flexibility with remote work (2 days/week).

Do You Have the Engineering Edge?
- Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or similar leadership role (8+ years) within the tech industry.
- In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience with Java development principles and best practices.
- Solid understanding of front-end development frameworks like React.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS and their services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda).
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for building high-performing engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
