Analyst / Developer (SQL Server, .NET, C# , MS Access, Excel) – Banking Client – Brussels

Rate: €500 per day

Duration: 6 months

The End user computing team is looking for a candidate to ensure the role of business analyst/developer, with main objective to build tools to support a more automated architecture landscape – key to support the plan 2020 project (efficiency & digitisation)

Function description Focus on : Analysing & building of new/existing tools to support the efficiency in the different finance departments in waiting of target solutions key tasks:

– Technical skills are key for this job :

• SQL server, .net, C-sharp, MS Access, Excel Advanced (a.o Pivot Table, macros), Excel Add-In.
• Analyse new requirements of the concerned stakeholders: finance users, by writing coherent & complete business requirements
• interlocutor with the Group MOA departments
• Write-out test strategy & planning
• Coordinate and following up Testing & testing issues (preparation and execution), writing out the PV de recette – Execute testing by detailed analyse of the delivered results vs the expected results
• Collaborate in defining short term & long term solutions for the concerned subject/issues (Solution driven)
• Provide Training, guidance and user support (in change) on the concerned subjects
• Documentation of procedures, process
• Pro-active proposal and implementation of changes to improve: our existing tools, procedures/process;, closings with objective to simplify the current architecture & processes.
• Language requirements Dutch basic French fluent English Fluent

Education

• min 5 years experiences in development & analysing of business requirements Certification
• Required experience / knowledge At least < 5 > years of relevant experience
• Technical experience mandatory SQL server, .net, C-sharp, MS Access, Excel Advanced (a.o Pivot Table, macros), Excel Add-In.
• Tableau & other reporting tools preferable operational knowledge within the banking sector with focus on the Finance department
• Business experience mandatory finance process knowledge preferable
