I am recruiting for a C++ Software Team Lead on behalf of an exciting music tech organization who have built up an excellent reputation in the industry for their constant flow of new and innovative products.
This is the optimum time to join them – they have key investors who are helping them deliver on a vision to make music accessible for everyone, with multiple greenfield projects to work on in the pipeline!
You will be looking after a small team of 3 very capable C++ Engineers, so this role will see a hybrid mix of hands on software engineering work as well as team leadership/stakeholder management tasks.
They are looking for technical expertise with:
- Up-to-date knowledge of best software design and development practice as it relates to user-facing desktop and mobile software products
- A MSc/PhD or equivalent experience coding commercial software (C++ / Java / Objective-C)
- Development experience across multiple OS platforms, preferably using cross-platform C++ SDKs such as JUCE
- Experience in the field of audio, signal processing or media content creation software development
They are paying from £100,000 to £120,000 + benefits for this C++ Software Team Lead role. They are based in Central London, ideally would like to see you once a week but can be flexible.
