As an Imaging Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their PACS, RIS, and reporting processes. Collaborating with clinical staff, site managers, and IT support teams, you’ll ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include providing support for PACS and RIS users, defining product strategy, managing incident resolution, and driving process optimisation.

Key Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of PACS and RIS support experience
* Deep understanding of clinical radiology workflows
* Proficiency in PACS applications such as Sectra or Biotronics
* Essential knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and FHIR standards
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Location: London or Manchester – 1 day a week in the office
Salary range: £50k – £65k
