Title: Senior Java Developer

Client: Award-winning payments & tech specialist

Package: Up to £90k + 10% bonus + shares + benefits

Location: Wimbledon OR remote options

I am partnering with an innovative award-winning payment & technology specialist provider in London. After having their most successful period during 2021, my client is looking to add talented Software engineers to their flagship backend development team.

You will be working on their payments platform which provides highly-respected financial firms with faster and more cost effective access to instant payments through their cutting-edge system. My clients product is truly revolutionary and has been changing the instant payments sector for the last 10 years!

Responsibilities

· Work closely and collaborate with other engineers in the team, ensuring high standards of code quality are met through peer reviews and appropriate testing methods

· Write clean and maintainable code for a variety of greenfield software applications, adhering to Kanban values

· Brainstorm and contribute to design decisions and technical discussions on a regular basis

· Grow within the business and profit from the companies success!

Required skills

· 3+ years experience working with Java8+ and Spring

· Experience and in-depth knowledge of containerised technologies i.e. Docker, Kubernetes

· Experience or an interest working with Continuous integration & Continuous deployment processes

· Agile delivery experience working in Kanban/Scrum environments
