Project Support Consultant

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working as a Project Support Manager /or Consultant in a fast pace environment with the urgency to deliver progress by maintaining quality.

A flexible approach is essential in order to manage both day-to-day work and ad-hoc requests, delivering high standards of work at all times whilst managing sometimes tight deadlines.

Qualifications and work experience requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) or foreign equivalent. A Master’s degree and/or other higher-level qualification in related speciality area would be advantageous.
• Proven track record as Project Manager and/ or consultant.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Business-level fluency in English.

Personal competencies

To be considered for this role you must have 3 years + experience working for a top 3 consulting organisation ideally working on finacial sector projects

• Excellent consulting toolkit i.e. proficiency in e.g. excel, PowerPoint and application of standard consulting approaches
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly convey points and synthesise actions needed. Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation
• Analytical capability: able to absorb ideas quickly and apply them pragmatically. Able to break down complex problems into manageable units, collaborate on solutions, and integrate results back into the whole.
• Results oriented: setting goals and priorities that maximise the use of resources available to consistently deliver quality results
