Senior Full Stack Developer (Frontend Focused) – UK – Remote

Day rate: £400 – £475 (outside IR35)

Duration: 9 months

Start: ASAP

MUST be able to work US hours on a weekly support rotation 14:00 – 22:00

My new client is looking for a Senior Full Stack developer on a contract basis. The right candidate needs to be more front end focused.

Overview:

• A competent Engineer with 7+ years experience
• 80% Front End | 20% Back End
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with a lean startup mentality to rapidly validate features

Responsibilities:

• Building strong working relationships with UX/UI designers
• Overship of:

○ Frontend architecture

○ Accessible

○ Mobile first component library and web applications

○ SEO strategy (SSR/SSG)

• Overlap with the Senior Full Stack Developer (BE Focused) on the integration and overall application development strategy
• UI testing (semi-automated)
• PR reviews
