I’m recruiting for a Senior Java Developer on behalf of a household name in the financial services sector who are one of the largest of their kind in the world with 200,000+ employees worldwide.
As banking is facing unprecedented disruption right now, they are looking to become the leaders in this space.
As a Senior Java Developer working here you will be working in an agile team of 8, bringing change to the bank through working from the initial code developing and testing stages and artifact creation to the deployment and testing phases
You will be working with API development (REST) and API security (oAuth/OpenID APIs, authentication/authorization and SSO flows) in cloud using your sound technical knowledge
You will also play a big part in contributing to their agile ceremonies and the continuous improvement of their team, both through teaching and through learning
The tech stack looks like: Java11, Springboot, Microservices, Spring Security, Postgres, Docker, AWS, Kafka.
They are looking for people who have experience with Java versions 8+, SpringBoot, NoSQL databases, Docker and have some experience navigating AWS. The rest can be learned here.
They are paying upto £90,000 + bonus + 12.5% pension + 30 days holiday + £6,000 car allowance + private medical + share plans.
These are remote friendly positions, you’ll just need to come to Milton Keynes 2 days per month for sprint planning.
