Job Title: Remote JavaScript Engineer – Green Technology Products

Location: Fully Remote (1 Day in London Office)

Salary: £95,000 per annum

Our client, a leading company in the green technology industry, is seeking a skilled JavaScript Engineer to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, with the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, you will be required to spend one day per week at our London office for team collaboration and meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions for green technology products.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using JavaScript and Node.js.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in JavaScript development, including expertise in Node.js.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.).
• Familiarity with server-side rendering and building scalable applications.
• Knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
