Digital Sales Manager
£60,000- £85,000 + v good perks

A leading travel brand is looking for a Digital Sales Manager to join their team. The business has identified a need to be digital first to get ahead of the market and ultimately help them achieve their growth and sales targets.
This role will see you being a vital member of a transformation journey. You will help drive the digital sales agenda by driving revenue maximization, pushing digital channels to their full potential, and maximizing basket value.
Responsibilities
* Define the Digital Sales targets, continuously measuring performance against them on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
* Review competitor’s actions and campaigns to see areas for opportunities and threats.
* Define global and local campaign planning, working with remote peers worldwide to execute.
* Produce annual channel forecasts.
* Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimiSe on market opportunities.
* Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with digital sales colleagues, marketing, commercial and vstrategy teams to evolve digital sales offering and optimise the digital guest experience.
Candidate
* Experience in a similar role in the travel/aviation sector for 5+ years.
* Experienced in fast-paced digital sales.
* Worked across the West region markets (Europe and North America)
* Analytical.
* Strong communication.
