Our client is looking a VP of Global Demand Generation to join their marketing leadership team. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, requiring strong analytical, operational, and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with global leaders to drive marketing performance, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment. This high-impact position will play a key role in accelerating growth and optimizing the global go-to-market engine.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and develop a global marketing team, fostering collaboration, empathy, and cultural awareness to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

Own and deliver pipeline targets by defining growth strategies, optimizing demand channels, and collaborating with sales to accelerate lead generation and expansion.

Oversee digital demand generation channels, including SEM, paid social, SEO, webinars, sponsorships, and integrated campaigns.

Design and execute field marketing strategies that support regional revenue growth, working closely with regional sales leaders to ensure impactful local activations.

Direct the planning and execution of global events to strengthen brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Develop and scale outbound and account-based marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.

Partner with channel and partner marketing teams to align global initiatives and drive qualified pipeline growth.

Promote a culture of experimentation, testing, and optimization to continuously improve ROI and performance across marketing channels.

Ensure close alignment between marketing, sales, and go-to-market teams to drive shared success.

Partner with brand, content, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and cohesive campaign execution.
Requirements:

15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, demand generation, or go-to-market leadership within enterprise-scale or technology-driven organizations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Proven track record of leading and scaling global teams, with strong coaching and mentoring abilities.

Deep understanding of go-to-market dynamics and demand generation strategies.

Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and data analysis skills, with expertise in Excel or Google Sheets.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities across all levels of the organization.

Proficiency with project management, marketing automation, and collaboration tools.

Demonstrated success in driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
