Currently partnered with a successful startup cybersecurity vendor who is rapidly expanding and on the lookout for a high performing sales professional based in Riyadh.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth across the portfolio of solutions, focusing on new client acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure individual and team targets are met or exceeded.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand presence across the Kingdom. Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, industry influencers, and decision-makers.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop sales collateral, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with prospective clients.
- Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance, including forecasting, pipeline management, and key metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously refine and enhance sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in B2B sales selling to mid to large enterprises, with a track record of success in leadership roles, particularly in the cybersecurity space.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team to achieve their goals.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing.
- Experience scaling a previous cybersecurity startup would be desirable.
