Implementation Consultant

They are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant who will be responsible for providing expertise to support customers and internal teams in the deployment of innovative solutions to ensure projects are delivered on time and to high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standardize and optimize product delivery processes for seamless project execution.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to meet project goals and resolve delivery challenges.
• Maintain and update product knowledge and skills through continuous learning and feedback loops.
• Ensure project assignments are completed on time with high-quality results.
• Support client satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in Finance, CRM, Technical, or ERP deployments.
• Strong business process knowledge and ability to manage software delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and work well under pressure.
• Automotive industry experience
