We are delighted to announce that Salt, a global digital recruitment agency has been ranked number 7 in the ninth annual The Sunday Times HSBC International Track 200. This league table ranks Britain’s mid-market private companies with the fastest-growing international sales, measured over their latest two years of available accounts.
Out of 200, there are 67 companies headquartered in London (compared to 74 last year) which include 23 new entrants to the league table (including Salt). Their international sales have grown by an average of 63% a year over the last two years to a total of £3.6bn, and together they now employ more than 39,000 people.
Being one of the 67 companies in London to make it on the list is an achievement in itself; however placing 7th, and the only recruitment company listed in the top 10, really is an outstanding accomplishment.
CEO, Elliot Dell, “It is fantastic to be recognised for our global sales growth over the last few years. What started with our first overseas activity in Australia in 2014, has taken us to Asia, New Zealand, Dubai and New York through organic growth and acquisition. Being focused on digital, there has been opportunity across each sector to capitalise upon, whilst the strength of our brand and culture has made a great home for our staff. We are excited and ambitious of further expansion. This ranking symbolises the ongoing accomplishments of Salt and will further inspire us to continue our mission of creating futures.”
