Associate Consultant (Wellington)
Kia ora Te Whanga-nui-a-Tara! Salt Wellington has an opportunity to start a career within recruitment. You could currently be a Candidate Manager, Recruitment Coordinator, Travel Consultant, Animator, Aviation Engineer, these are just some of the roles that our consultants had prior to joining Salt.
As you take your first steps on the career pathway, you will work through your bespoke induction program, with expert industry knowledge, tools, and processes available to set you up for success. As an Associate Consultant, you will become an integral part of the Wellington Team, with an emphasis on talent, providing support through sourcing, engaging, interviewing candidates who are seeking employment. Additionally, we’ll be there to support your development towards becoming a Consultant!

Responsibilities:
- Identifying, sourcing and connecting with talent
- Pre-screening and interviewing candidates
- Completing reference checks
- Creating advertising content for our website and various SM platforms
- Facilitating engagement activities with candidates
