Principal Recruitment Consultant – Tech Contract | London

Do you want to join our successful Tech Contract team in our London office? This is truly a hot desk with active roles and clients from day one.

You will be covering the technology space focusing on the placement of candidates in contract or temporary roles working closely with the larger contract team in London. About the role:
Reporting to the Practice Director, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to post-placement follow-up and managing candidates. You will have a proactive approach to building your areas of expertise for both candidates and clients and maximise existing client relationships – identifying and actively developing strong and positive relationships.

You will be a skilled communicator, bringing a love of recruitment and a people-first approach to delivering outstanding service. You will be able to demonstrate your strength in building long-lasting business relationships and be energised by a multitasking environment that is always on the go.
