Practice Manager – Tech Recruitment | Contract and Temp | London

Are you a Senior Consultant or a Junior Manager looking for a new opportunity in London?

With an in-depth knowledge of the technology recruitment space, you will be a recruiter who know what great looks like. This role will see you focus on managing the end-to-end candidate experience and being involved in live briefs with our clients. Your role will be to interpret that brief and identify the best talent in the market.

At Salt creating a great candidate experience is critical to what we do, so you will champion our approach to survey every candidate we interview as part of our commitment to our Net Promoter Score – we want feedback, and we want to keep improving.

You will be curious by nature, and commercially savvy whilst you act with a sense of urgency without being reckless.
