Graduate Recruitment Consultant – FinTech Sales (London)

The role

Due to expansion, we are looking for a recent graduate/junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our London HQ  focusing on sales positions within FinTech, payments and fraud detection (AI and machine learning) at all levels. You’ll be focused on sourcing the best talent and managing the candidates through the hiring process from sourcing to placement and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert at identifying  talent for clients
• Build a universe of digital candidates and clients
• Source candidates for roles that are passed over to you and eventually picked up by yourself
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
• Identifying potential new clients, to pick up roles both for yourself and your team
• Work with existing clients, to assist in filling their open roles, as well as further developing the accounts
• End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post placement follow up
• Act as a brand ambassador both internally and externally
