Practice Lead – Technology (Auckland)
Is a career pathway high on your wish list? Auckland’s tech team is rebuilding and has a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Technology Senior/Principal Consultant whose next career move is within leadership.
As Practice Lead, you will be responsible for the Technology portfolio, managing our team of Tech Consultants, and owning your own vertical within technology. With further growth due to take place in the team, you will be instrumental in scaling up. You will be a member of Auckland’s Leadership team, part of Salt’s global technology offering, and with full access to our clients, will be working across global PSA’s, Key Accounts, and AOG opportunities.

Responsibilities-
- Work closely with our existing clients to ensure we are delivering
- Leading the Technology portfolio
- Mentoring, leading, and creating development plans for the team
- Owning performance for you and the Tech Team
- Maximising opportunities across the tech landscape
- Be an expert at identifying technical talent for clients
- Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
What you have to offer
- Experience as a Technology Recruitment Consultant
- Commercially aware, understanding how to execute strategies to deliver results
- Proven success in creating strong relationships
- Ability to identify and actively develop clients
- A desire to be a subject matter expert
- You’re always one step ahead of your competition and knowing who’s who in the marketplace
- Agile by nature, solution-driven, and multitasking your preferred working style
