You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and acquiring top marketing talent for our clients. Your expertise in marketing recruitment will drive the success of our clients marketing team by ensuring we source the right people to achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs
Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation: Utilise various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional organizations, to identify and engage qualified marketing candidates.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Offer Management: Extend job offers to the selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation and benefits packages.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate open communication and collaboration throughout the recruitment process.
Experience required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing/or a related field in recruitment or talent acquisition
Knowledge and proven experience in Business Development, attracting and retaining long standing relationships with clients.
Proven track record of success in identifying and acquiring top marketing talent in a competitive market.
