Salt Melbourne has been awarded “Salt APAC Office of the 2020” and due to their continued success, is seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Consultant – Sales to join their team lead by Leigh Petridis. “Creating Futures”, will see you connect talent with some of the most exciting businesses in Melbourne.

Responsibilities
- 360° Recruitment Consultant. You understand the drill for what is required to be a successful, high performing Consultant.
What you have to offer
- Previous experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant who has experience in the Tech Sales landscape
- Commercially aware, understanding how to execute strategies to deliver results
- Proven success in creating strong relationships and the ability to identify and actively develop clients
- A desire to be a subject matter expert and continue to build your own expertise
- People first – you strive to deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients alike
