Growth Marketing Engineer

Our client is a B2B Saas business in the security space. Currently at Series C, we’re working with their Head of Growth to build this team from the ground up.

We are looking for a growth marketing and growth hacking guru with a unique set of skills…

About you:

• You have a minimum 4 years’ experience in a high-growth B2B Saas business where you have used marketing channels like email, lifecycle, product and website to feedback to product teams for growth outcomes
• You have run experiments to convert leads via email, ads, direct mail, and more – you will generate ideas, define targeting, write copy, segment / personalize as needed, and scale the winners
• You have built data instrumentation to measure and analyze data to understand what’s working and what’s not – from reading through replies to conducting user research to writing SQL and hopping into Excel
• Experience in building from zero to one, and this excites you – this is not about optimising but establishing best practice and scaling growth from the bottom up
• You understand how to articulate a technical product to market – think DevOps or Developer tools
• Revenue-driven, team-player and can-do attitude essential for start-up life

Based in NYC, 3 days a week in office

Salary – $160k – 200k
