Salt is partnering with a leading global IT Services/Consulting enterprise to hire an Integrated SEO & SEM Manager within the global Data Team. This role has been designated as REMOTE – applicants must be legally authorized with work in the USA without sponsorship.
The Role
Own and be responsible for driving wholistic SEO & SEM strategy and execution for global “Data” web pages and owning search strategy and execution in Italy, India, Canada and Australia.
Build quarterly global SEO & SEM plans & report out on performance for “Data” web pages through cross-functional collaboration with global marketers, strategists, data storytellers, and creative colleagues to drive data-driven channel strategies that align with stakeholder goals and drive business impact. You will plan holistic global search strategies for the responsible areas of business groups based on data & tests, that combines SEO and SEM for a particular business group and its web pages
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Analyze data to understand what kind of content targeted customers are looking out for; how they engage with the firm’s digital presence to measure the overall effectiveness of SEO & SEM strategies
- Provide campaign priorities, objectives, URL’s, gated assets to leadership
- Provide inputs on ad copies & keyword groups to improve performance & optimize budgets to leadership
- Partner with leadership to identify appropriate landing pages for keyword groups
- Identify organic keyword optimization opportunities where paid performance is not improving over time and ensure paid focus on keywords that are not improving organically over time.
- Deliver search insights to the cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate organic & paid growth leading to increasing engagement
- Leverage internal tools to pull together search traffic & engagement story by exposing challenges and identifying opportunities
- Optimize “Data” web pages across the different customer journey phases to rank on SERPs through effective SEO & SEM strategies for a group of business solutions
- Develop an ongoing testing strategy to gain insights and improve the customer experience
- Collaborate with content writers to support Content Marketing strategy and ensure the production of high-quality content
- Partner with subject matter experts to execute actions based on SEO recommendations and assist with analytics tagging implementation in order to improve key page metrics
- Present and provide key metrics insights to cross-functional teams incl. product marketing managers, digital strategists and UX
Your Background + Experience:
- 7+ years of agency or enterprise experience working in search engine marketing with a proven & successful track record in management of SEM & SEO campaigns
- Able to craft unified search strategies combining SEO and SEM
- Experience with content strategy – B2B ideal
- Proven experience using data to manage and drive channel innovation.
- Experience in B2B/B2C marketing campaigns with varying objectives, including traffic, lead gen, demand gen and remarketing
- Experience with SEO & SEM tools (Screaming Frog/DeepCrawl, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Google APIs, Google Keyword Planner, Google Ad cloud)
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and relate SEO & SEM concepts to non-SEO & SEM audiences of different levels
- Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills paired with xcellent communication & presentation skills
- Advanced excel knowledge
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable taking ownership of projects
- People + program leadership experience
