Finance Manager

A data-driven software company in the logistics industry, backed by top investors, is seeking a skilled Financial Manager to join the finance team. This management-level role, reporting directly to the CFO, requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with leadership and senior finance executives to oversee global financial operations, accounting, tax, and compliance functions.

· Lead a finance team to ensure accurate reporting, strengthen financial controls, and enhance accounting processes.

· Oversee global tax compliance, accounts receivable/payable, treasury, and financial close activities while managing external audits.

· Support the integration of new entities, drive key finance projects, and implement financial reporting improvements, including IFRS compliance.

· Act as a strategic partner, coordinating with stakeholders such as regulatory bodies and insurers.

· Optimize financial systems and lead software implementation initiatives for enhanced reporting capabilities.

Qualification and Experience:

· Qualified CA(SA)

· Big4 audit experience

· 5 – 8 years commercial experience

· Must have ICT industry exposure

· Must have minimum 3 years management experience

Skills:

· Advanced Excel Knowledge

· US & UK GAAP
