Job Description:

As a Product Support Specialist, you will be a senior member of our support team, responsible for delivering top-tier customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our solutions. Here are the key qualifications and responsibilities for this role:

Responsibilities:

• Provide 3rd line support to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products and services.
• Prioritize client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Utilize SQL expertise for fault-finding, investigations, and data analysis.
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to resolve client issues.
• Apply process knowledge with an understanding of ITIL principles.
• Leverage eRA knowledge to support clients effectively.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in SQL.
• Previous experience in service desk roles, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL principles.
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering WOW service.
• Experience with eRA (Electronic Remittance Advice) is a plus.
• A continuous learner with a positive attitude towards growth and improvement.
• Stable work history with no frequent job changes (no job hoppers).
