Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Experience with analysis, design, customisation, configuration, support, testing and implementation of the EC solutions listed above, i.e. solving a HR business problem from start to finish.
• Ability to analyse issues client is experiencing with the above and correct the issue.

• Excellent project and/or program management skills

Required Experience:

• Employee Central. This includes Position Management, Foundation objects, Workflows, business rules, Metadata framework, Picklist Management Time off, Role based permissions and Report Centre
• Employee Central Time off.
• Relevant certification in EC and EC Time-off
• 2 – 3 years’ experience on project and support in EC and EC Time off.

Advantageous:

• Performance and Goals certification and experience
• Succession and Development certification and experience
• Any experience on SAP HCM ECC .
