PRODUCT MANAGER

Responsibilities
- Manage in-life and new feature backlogs for client apps (Scrum & Kanban).
- Work with Technical, Project, Product Leads & 3rd party vendors to create product requirements & User stories.
- Enforce a user-centric approach and ensure the business complies with industry standards
- Identify areas of improvement and manage functional testing pipeline with 3rd party vendor
- Manage design team & process, incl benchmark research, user testing, stakeholder sign off and handover to dev
- Make sure a Data driven approach is at the core of the solutions being provided.
- Work with Marketing & Content to utilise core service data & user testing feedback to drive the Product backlog
Skills & Experience:
- Backlog creation & Mgmt
- Using a ‘Data driven’ and user testing approach to improve products
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Creation of User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
- Getting user feedback using 3rd party tool
- Pivoting quickly to support wider business goals & KPIs
- Working with a small core team (but with extended vendor/development teams)
- Working collaboratively with 3rd Party development vendors
- Experience of Web technologies
- iOS/Apple App store (iTunes connect)
- Android/Google Play console.
