I am recruiting for a Java Technical Lead on behalf of a major online fashion brand who are undergoing a pivotal digital transformation journey in the companies history.
In recent times they’ve headhunted industry leading figures in the fashion industry at board level, who have a proven record in elevating online retail businesses through technology, so this is an exciting time to join the software engineering team.
As a Java Technical Lead, you will be leading a small team of Java Engineers who are encouraged to make tech decisions (low-level and high-level) as well as collaborating on architecture design and roadmap planning.
This is a very hands on role, so you’ll still be involved in day-to-day technical development on greenfield projects working with the below technologies:
Java19
AWS (EventBridge, SQS, Lambda, API-GW, DynamoDB)
Infrastructure-as-code
Microservices/Serverless-Lambdas (Spring-Boot & Micronaut)
For this Java Technical Lead role they are paying upto £100,000 + 15% bonus!
They are based in Central London, they are open to people who want hybrid or remote working conditions (UK based only)
