What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in a creative agency environment
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to go beyond the brief
• Confident in managing clients independently and leading conversations
• Comfortable challenging ideas internally and contributing perspective
• Strong analytical mindset – able to connect data, creative, and business outcomes
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple workstreams
• Commercially aware with a focus on growth and revenue impact
