Job Title: Account Executive – DACH (Construction Technology)

Location: Berlin (Hybrid/Remote)

The Role:

* Own the full sales cycle across the DACH region, with a primary focus on new logo acquisition within the construction sector.

* Target general contractors, project owners, and delivery teams involved in large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

* Build pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and relationship-led business development.

* Engage with stakeholders from site level through to commercial and digital leadership to position the platform as a critical project solution.

* Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to close, working closely with technical and customer teams to ensure successful adoption.

* Represent the business at industry events, client meetings, and on-site engagements to build credibility within the market.

* Join an established European sales function as an individual contributor, focused on revenue generation rather than internal leadership progression.


The Requirements:

* Proven experience in a B2B SaaS or technology sales role, ideally within Construction Technology, Engineering Software, or related built-environment solutions.

* Strong track record of opening doors and winning business in complex, project-led industries.

* Fluent German and English are essential for engaging DACH-based clients.

* Comfortable operating in a field-based role with regular travel across the region.

* Commercially driven, self-sufficient, and motivated by winning new business rather than pursuing a management track.

* Ability to navigate long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders typical of construction environments.

* Prior experience selling into contractors, infrastructure projects, or digital construction ecosystems is highly advantageous.

* Final Stage: Practical discussion around territory development and opportunity management with senior leadership.
