Account Executive – PR

I am working with a well-established, award-winning PR agency in Dubai that is looking to hire an Account Executive to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their PR career who is looking to develop within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment and work across exciting regional and international brands.

The Role

As Account Executive, you will support the wider account team in delivering high-quality PR campaigns and day-to-day client servicing. You will play a key role in media relations, content creation, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on day-to-day client communications and account administration
• Draft press releases, media alerts, pitches, and other PR materials
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media across the UAE
• Conduct media outreach and secure coverage
• Monitor media coverage and compile detailed reports
• Assist in campaign planning and execution
• Coordinate events, press conferences, and activations when required
• Conduct research for new business proposals and client strategies

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience within a PR agency
• Strong writing skills in English – Arabic is a plus
• Solid understanding of the UAE media landscape
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, detail-oriented and eager to learn
