Account Manager ANZ

Salt is hiring an ‘Account Manager’ focusing on helping businesses grow by connecting them with customers through digital advertising solutions across multiple platforms. Account Managers are responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and helping businesses achieve measurable outcomes through strategic consultation, education, and support.

The ideal candidate has experience in pipeline management, marketing strategy, and consultative sales, along with a hands-on approach to execution.

This is a contract role based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for the organization and the businesses supported by:
• Acting as a trusted advisor on advertising and marketing solutions for businesses of different sizes
• Optimizing clients’ marketing performance through data-driven and client-focused recommendations
• Aligning client KPIs with platform solutions to deliver measurable business impact
• Build and grow client relationships through strategic conversations and ongoing consultation
• Educate clients on advertising best practices and emerging industry trends
• Demonstrate leadership and market expertise within assigned accounts
• Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, performance marketing, digital marketing, agency, consulting, or account management roles
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and build strong business relationships
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
• Ability to manage clients whose primary business language is English

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the Australia & New Zealand media landscape preferred; knowledge of digital media is an advantage
