AI Strategy Consultant

Our client, a leading global strategy consulting firm, is expanding its AI & Digital practice in the Middle East. They are seeking an exceptional AI Strategy Consultant to help senior executives shape enterprise-wide AI roadmaps, accelerate digital transformation, and unlock measurable business value through advanced analytics and emerging technologies.

This is a high-impact role working with C-suite stakeholders across sectors including financial services, energy, public sector, telecom, and consumer markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of AI strategies, operating models, and adoption roadmaps for large organisations.
• Assess client readiness across data, technology, governance, and capabilities to identify AI transformation opportunities.
• Develop use-case portfolios, investment cases, and value-realisation frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (data science, cloud, digital, industry experts) to translate strategy into executable initiatives.
• Support clients in navigating responsible AI, data governance, and regulatory considerations.
• Conduct market scans, benchmarking, and emerging-tech assessments to drive thought leadership.
• Present insights, recommendations, and findings to executive stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.

Requirements:

• 5-8+ years’ experience in management consulting, digital strategy, or AI/advanced analytics programmes.
• Strong grasp of AI fundamentals: machine learning, GenAI, MLOps, data architecture, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise use cases.
• Proven experience delivering strategy or transformation projects that incorporate digital or analytics components.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stakes environments and drive clarity from ambiguity.
• Experience across the Middle East region is advantageous but not essential.
